Apple-Crasin Pork Chops

  • 3 tbs Crasins
  • 1 tbs Honey
  • 1 tsp Vinegar, cider
  • 1 tsp Rosemary (seriously ok to use more, it makes the kitchen smell amazing)
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp celery salt (regular salt is fine too)
  • 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 tbs Olive oil
  • 2/3 cup Unsweetened Apple Juice

  2. In same skillet, combine apple, apple juice, crasins, honey and vinegar. Bring to a boil, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 3-4 minutes or just until apple is tender.
  3. Return pork to pan, turning to coat with sauce; cook, covered, 3-4 minutes or until pork is tender. cook pork until internal temp is 150-155 degrees.
